I wait now for 40 minutes for food here with no lines,9pm, the manager sees me and doesn't have the proper education to... acknowledge me and apologize for the delay. I ended up speaking with another employee who was kind enough to help me know theyhad just put the chicken I was already waiting for 30 minutes for , as the manager was counting money, the cook that helped meat least told me the truth. I have never met such a group of incompetent employees. While ordering I had to tell them my order 3 times because they kept... switching people on the headset. I get to the window and get asked 3 times if it was regular or spicy. While still at the windowI get ask 5 times what my order was. The bathroom is disgusting. Toilet doesn?t flush, floor, walls and everything is gross. Don?t know how restaurant can run... being so dirty, customers have to use it, can just imagine what kitchen looks like because I can?t see it. Read more
