Went to Eddie's on 10/22/2022. I ordered a barbacoa plate. It came with rice, beans, salad, onions, cilantro and flour tortillas... for $10.99. The barbacoa was nothing bit nerve and fat. I didn't even get a tacos worth of barbacoa that was meat. When I talkedto them about I was told that's the way it comes. So disappointed never going back. Read more
I drove past this place a lot and finally got to try it. Their tacos were super good but pretty greasy and just had the meat in... it. They were still wayyy good though. They also had some good enchiladas. Read more
Breakfast options here are very delicious, I ordered the Huevos Rancheros plate and for $5.75 you get 2 eggs & refried beans... everything else is extra , potatoes $1.25, bacon $.75 each & the chicharrón Verde $2.39. The eggs were perfectly cooked overmedium, the salsa for the eggs was okay, I would have liked a more Ranchero style of Salsa, the refried beans were amazing Ithink they add lard to them, the potatoes were warm and okay, the bacon was tasty and crispy & the chicharrón Verde wasfantastic so flavorful it was real chicharrón prensado not the cheap pork rinds most restaurants offer. The flour tortillasare okay but I wouldn't recommend the corn tortillas here. Overall I have to say I would definitely recommend the breakfasthere, it is very delicious, I would like for the menu to include prices. Read more
I got the kids meal for my five-year-old daughter, she was very excited to eat her grapes since that?s her favorite fruit. I... noticed there was mold on the grapes and on the container as well. I?m glad I caught it before she started eating but that isdisgusting. I?m definitely will not be eating at this eddies again. My child could?ve gotten very sick.???? Read more
I love their breakfast tacos! They are good-sized, and well-served. You can choose from a wide selection of egg combinations on... a flour tortilla. Adding beans and cheese will make any selection a winning choice! I tried the potato and eggs with beans andcheese. I also had one taco of barbacoa with beans. Add cilantro and onions for an extra kick of flavor! The green salsas arenot very spicy, but add some extra flavor. Read more
I'm giving Eddie tacos 4 stars because of the FOOD, there is no decor to rate, and you order and pay at the counter, then they... bring your food to you. My co-worker invited me to eat there before we went to work. At first thought we were going to grab sometacos at the drive thru, but the line of cars was ridiculously long. We decided to dine in instead, that was a good decision, because we ended up ordering breakfast plates. There were pictures of pates behind the counter, as well as on the wall of theestablishment. Also behind the counter were the cooks working at a furious pace. I eyed the picture with the words " breakfastsampler" trust me when I say it's not a sampler plate you'll find at Denny's or IHOP.This one comes with Huevos Ranchero's,Balbacoa, a cup of Menudo, refried beans, fried potatoes, and flour tortillas. We ordered Mexican Cokes to wash down ourbreakfast, I also took a Capirotada out of the dessert case for later. My friend paid so I have no idea what our meals cost, Ido know it was really good and I bringing my wife on my next visit, and I'll probably bring my dad on the visit after that. Theonly complaint I have is my menudo had hardly any tripe in it, yet my friends was loaded with it. There was plenty of food on myplate so I was fine. However, in this food service business, consistency is a major player. I give Eddie food a double thumbsup. Read more
The best breakfast tacos in The Valley. When I first started going to Eddie's they still had the gas pumps and hadn?t added the... extra restaurant space. Things have changed, but the food remains the same. Great tacos- never tried anything I didn't like. Thebeef fajitas are great. Just a little spicy, but really just the right amount of burn. A great local spot like no other. Read more
