THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION EVER. I only come to pharr since it?s closest to home & every time I?ve gone I?m left in... disappointment. The employees have zero customer service skills & are always rude. There?s one rule in life, and that is totreat others with kindness. Especially if your job is working with people! As a former barista I?m always left shocked at thelack of coffee making skills, these employees are either underpaid or overworked for them to not even try at their job. If youcan?t make a simple coffee or if you don?t like the job, then leave. Whoever owns this location needs to do an employee sweep,hire people with actual barista experience. Read more
Horrible service. Walked in and never even got a ?hi welcome? or ?I?ll be right with you?. There was a two employees and both... them of saw me and my mom and never said anything. There was only one person in drive thru and they got them out fast howevernever attended us. They started restocking, coming back and forth and not once did they say anything to help us. 15 minuteswaiting to get attended. Then two other women walked in and saw that no one has helped us and asked if they said they would beright with us and we said no. They asked for the manager and the employee said that he?s coming yet never came. We left afterthat, we waited for almost 20 minutes and never got attended. Really bad service. Read more
Can't believe how bad of service we received here. The cashier charged us and proceeded to start putting in Donuts into the box,... when I told her I wanted to pick my own flavors, she just made a face and left us standing there for like 10 minutes. When Iasked another employee why she just left us standing here, she just shrugged. Finally she came back with a sour look on herface. Disappointed that this location doesn?t fill up the cups all the way to the top. I ordered two Large Iced Coffees but instead... received a Medium Plus. The excuse? The young female manager stated that because it has no ice they CANT fill the cup. BUT evenwhen I have ordered with ice they still give me cups filled this way. Except today I had to say something because it was a bitexcessive. Usually the service is great but lately it?s going downhill; about 15 minutes wait time for each order. Been craving a chocolate frosted cake donut for some time now, but no Dunkin Donut where I live. Just so happens that today, I... was in the area so had to stop by to satisfy my craving. Super long line of about 10 cars. Parked to go in, but doors wereclosed. Had to wait in line. Nobody likes to wait that long! HOWEVER, once I bit into that donut I'd been craving, the wait wastotally worth it!! Read more
Don?t waste your time going here. Worst customer service. They don?t even apologize for their mistakes. I am a frequent customer... and I have been disappointed at least 5 times. Management is terrible and they are constantly sold out on most of theirproducts. Why doesn?t the manager order food accordingly? Not only did they call me to tell me they had no english muffins. Theysaid they would be replacing it with a croissant and STILL sent me a BURNT Inedible english muffin. Why call to tell me youdon?t have them and send out something this terrible. It?s ridiculous.
