Just left the Costco here in Pharr, TX. It is super clean and easy to navigate. Prices are competitive and you can get some... really exceptional deals. Most of all, we had an awesome experience with the sales associate, Felicia. She was so helpful, kindand professional! She graciously took time out of her personal break to help us with an accidental broken bottle. Kudos toCostco for hiring such exceptional employees who go above and beyond. I got memberships online to both Sam's Club and Costco on the same day and went to both to get the cards. I took my mom to... Costco and the customer service was excellent and we liked the area to take a picture, we got our cards immediately! We thenwent to Sam's Club and after waiting in line for 15 minutes because they were understaffed the employee told me their cardmachine was broken. That sums up our experiences with both stores! I love the store and the merchandise. But they make things really complicated sometimes. The staff is nice, polite and helpful,... however when you want to pay, there is some real. You cant go into the self check out if you want separate checks. If you arefrom out of the US, make sure you membership is valid, because they wont forgive it, we were able to do it online and they did a"99" which is authorize the purchase because the membership will be active from 48 hours after the payment. Mind you, the staffis helpful and polite, but these corporation rules, make shopping difficult and annoying some times. Read more

I went especially to get Haagen Dazs ice cream bars. They were out. After paying I asked one of the managers when they?d get... more. He checked on the computer and said they had many. Two workers helped get them from a pallet in the freezer. Especiallywhen on sale, Costco has by far the best price on these. Also a massage gun rung up much more expensive than it should have.One of the workers went with and we found out I had a taken a more expensive model. They helped me and I was very satisfied. Going cuckoo for Costco! Are pulling into Costco is even a great experience. It was clean the entrance was hidden behind pretty... trees everybody leaving Costco seem to have a smile on their face and the greeters, always at the front door. Speaking of thegreeters, they were kind friendly smiles on their face even behind the masks and they welcomed us with open arms. The guestservices area were extremely helpful, and attentive and fast with a guest pass. The gentleman in the tire shop was extremelyhelpful and knowledgeable and gave me quotes right away. The snack area was full of people enjoying their delicious hotdogs,pizza, ice cream and drinks. The hot dogs are pretty amazing this time around and fresh I might add. Always so impressed at howeverything is stacked up and presented so neatly and readily accessible. The bakery section smells so delicious, the displayswere beautiful, and I hope one day, they offer samples of their baked goods. Costco like a lot of the warehouse stores has big quantities of household items. Costco has special purchases of unique items... that are usually a good price. If you see something that works for you "buy it" they often don't have later. Prices are a littlehigher but selection is good. Read more
