Ordered a family meal through Churches app, the cashier at the drive thru surprised asked "Churches app?" Apparently he was not... aware Churches had an app. I was asked to show them my order on my phone so they could get it ready....not acceptable! Once athome ready to serve the mac & cheese to my kids, disappointed i found out we were given a half eaten cup of mac & cheese. I ordered a large or family side of mashed potatoes but instead I got two scoops. Not what I paid for but we were already home... and just wanted to eat dinner already. One of my pet peeves when food establishments do this. You pay for one thing but get thesize below it and really don?t want to make a big deal. For fast food chicken, the taste is better than expected. Prices are stunningly high for any kind of fast food, which is... surprising, given the benefit of massive economy of scale. I'm going to make the educated guess their food margins are huge.Meh...for the occasional snack, when Chik Fil A isn't an option (still closed every Sunday), Church's is a fair bet. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND BUSINESS HERE! I don't usually write bad reviews, but today Albert the manager here at this church's... deserves to be exposed for his lack of management and zero customer service skills. I called to make a complaint on two meals ofchicken tender combo's that tasted foul with a team leader and was told that they wrote my name down for credit for futurereturn. I came by yesterday to claim my credit and Albert checks for like not even a minute came back tells me with attitude noI don't have any recording of your name for any complaints then he ask me if I have the receipt I didn't have it on me so headvised me no receipt no proof and he walked away from the register very poor service might I say! Come back next day with myreceipt as proof and show Albert manager, he then looks at it hands it back and say I dont have any recording of your complaintdenying service again it's all good corporate will be hearing of this experience! Scumbag is acting like it's coming out of hispaycheck. Don't eat the chicken tenders I will definitely not be coming back here due to my horrible experience! Read more
