I ordered food today at 7:30, got my order at 9pm to get RAW chicken tenders! I have been calling the store and can?t get... through to talk to anyone. I need my money refunded! We ordered three large fries online and they gave us a 38-45 minute wait. We come in and wait in a line for 15 minutes and when... we finally get to the counter the guy is frantically looking for our order. 5 minutes pass and he tells us, ?you only orderedfries so we don?t make it until you show up to the restaurant.? I?m not sure if he?s just making up excuses or if this isactually true but we waited an hour when apparently we could?ve just showed up and ordered and gotten it right then and there. Read more

Worst. Wingstop. Ever! i waited till my third visit to write this review to make sure the other two times weren't just... one-offs. similar experiences three visits in a row. -No online orders accepted. -They intentionally never pick up thephone. -obnoxiously (totally avoidable) long wait times. -horrible service (today it took the older lady at the cashier 15minutes to even acknowledge my existence during which time she saw that refilling the sweet tea tea container from the unsweettea and adding sugar takes higher priority over the long line of customers waiting for over 10 minutes to even get a "hi i'll beright with you"! -and the cherry on top cold AND wrong food! The fact that this place is still in business with this level ofservice is a clear evidence of the importance of competition. The fact that the closest wingstop from this area is over 15minutes away is keeping them alive for now, but not for how long? I really hope somebody from corporate sees this because it'sreflecting poorly on the entire brand, which i always thought to be the exception in terms of quality of food and sevice in thefast food industry. Update review.- I ordered thigh bites again. This time was nothing like the first time. I got nothing but small bread bites.... Literally no chicken inside the breading. Can't call cause the phone is always off the hook. See photo attached. Not happy andstill hungry l. Initial review-impressed with the thigh bites. Its been about a year since I've to a wingstop. My fries werecold and soggy but it was a pick up order. Overall will be back. Read more

What happened to this place? We have been here in the past and, while it's not the best wings in town, it wasn't the worst. ... Now it is the worst. We should have turned around after seeing the back door which had layers of crud on the metal and so muchgrease on the window that it looked frosted. So gross...ewww... but we ordered and after 30 minutes I asked the guy what thewait time was for the orders. We have never waited a really long time so this was new. He said it's an hour. Don't you thinkit would be a good idea to have that posted somewhere? Like on the chalkboard that instead had some ridiculous poem/saying? Butok everything is crazy so I'm going with it. Then the wings and fries came. How is it possible to be so busy that we had towait 50 minutes but still have the food come out lukewarm? Really? And the fries were literally soaked in grease. The paper inthe boat couldn't soak it all up so it was pooling at the bottom The 2 stars are there just because the guy taking the order wasnice. But otherwise, it's a zero. Read more

5 stars for delicious wings but 3 for service. Our order took 49 mins, place was empty and they seemed short staffed. Short... staffed and overworked staff seems to be the problem everywhere though/: I liked the space; very roomy. Read more
