one of the worst places ever, it took forever for them to serve one person. I had to wait forever for my food and when i got it... i waited another 30 minutes just for ketchup- one of the employees looked me in the eyes while i stood there waiting for someoneto get me it and walked away, i ended up having to yell over their loud talking and got it. When i went to eat my food the boxwas disgusting and dirty- tables arent clean and customer service is terrible. Read more
This has to be one of the worst locations in the entire Austin area. The food quality is fine once you get it, but they are so... slow and disorganized at this location it always takes forever. There's no point in doing a mobile order for pickup or curbsidebecause it'll take longer than just waiting in the long drive-thru line. The employees are very nice and I feel bad for thembecause they are always running ragged because of obviously poor management. Read more
Slow! Very slow. I know it?s all kids and teenagers working, but I had to wait 23-25 minutes for a simple order. I also asked... them multiple times to make coffee since they were out. Waited 40 minutes and left instead. It?s a cold day, 48 degrees, you?dthink coffee would be readily available if it?s on the menu. Pick it up whataburger! You can do better. Read more
I waited for 45 minutes in the drive thru with only 6 people in front of me. How is this considered fast? The quality of the... food was sub par. This was a waste of time and this store should be shut down if they can?t improve their quality or efficiency.Sad that this franchise is so awful now. I?m legit watching people stand around in the kitchen not working. This staff is theworst I?ve ever seen. Not worth the money or the time wasted at this location. Very rude interactions with this location. Takes a very long time to get your order through drive thru or going inside. It looks... like a lot of teens with no management trying to run the store.
