I frequent this location more than frequently for take out. I don't know what's been going on the last few trips. I'm constantly... missing items. It's on me to check my order before driving off. I'll admit that I have so much food that I don't enjoy rummagingthrough everything. Last night was a surprise that I'm still in shock over. We’ve been to this location on multiple occasions and we always receive great service. Our food is always cooked how we... ordered it and tastes delicious. We’ve had bad luck in Austin in terms of restaurant experiences but we can rely on TexasRoadhouse to have a good experience. Read more

Uhhhhh maaaay zing! Very friendly service. Rosie is the best bartender/server. She was on top of my refills. I witnessed... her acknowledging people that had been in previously. The cooks prepared my bone-in-ribeye steak perfectly how I asked for it. Not everyone automatically know what Pittsburgh style means. They sure do at this location. It was so buttery tender. Jacob was an attentive and very efficient waiter. He was on top of everything. We went on May 29th around noon and the wait... time was short even though the place was packed. Absolutely love the comfort food here! You don’t come here for fancy steak of course but boy are the portion sizes massive and... the appetizers absolutely fantastic. The margaritas are a must have! This experience was nuts. Went to the restaurant on a Tuesday and it was packed like a Sunday after church. My cousins birthday... is why I was there and we had a party of about 12. The restaurant has a trash non reservation/ reservationsystem....exactly...makes no sense. Something about you call an hr before showing up and maybe that's how you request a spot. Ithink we almost waited 2hrs to be seated. Then when they said they were almost ready for us we waited 5min in the walk way offolks coming out the kitchen.??????????? Once at the table our waitor Fabian did a fantastic job. We ordered food and drinks atthe same time and all was done in about in less than 30min. I appreciate that young man and his service. The food and drinkswere pretty good. The frozen hurricane had me lit, its a sneaky drink????. I had the fried catfish and mashed potatoes andgravy.
