Do not go to this location! Service is consistently terrible. Orders are incorrect, missing items, and several times including... items specifically requested to be removed. The wait time for delivery is abysmal. Every time I have gone in the past 18 monthsthe wait will be 15+ minutes when it's only two drinks or 30+ minutes if there is any food involved. The staff will frequentlymark your order as delivered a few minutes after it has been taken, even though you don't have your order yet. This also meansyou are charged on your card and have no recourse except wait however long they happen to take this time. This is the only sonic I?ve ever been to that has always been horrible! I order on my app and still have to wait 20/30 mins for... my order. I order a large tater tot and got cold/old tots asked for fresh ones and got a small and had to press the button againto get what I paid for. My chili cheese Fritos wrap was literally a speck of chili and all Fritos ???? like come on. The wayfood has gone up and how hard people work for their money the least you can do is give them the food they pay for without anattitude. I go here a lot because it?s the only one in my area and I ALWAYS have issues. Me thinking it will be better nexttime?. Nope it?s horrible service and quality of food! Do better! Read more
Ordered from the Sonic app. Arrived checked in. Confirmed that they supposedly knew we had arrived. Said our order was on its... way. Never got it. Called them lady quickly told us our order was on its way. Waited another 20 minutes. Called again guy saidorder will be delivered now. Our food was COLD incorrectly made and our drinks ice was melted. Basically it seems our order wassitting there for over 40 minutes. We will NEVER order from this Sonic again!! Ordered through the app, hoping to make it simpler. Arrived at designated time and checked in. Other customers seemed to be... getting out their cars to go get their food and leaving, which was strange. Gave it a good ten-fifteen minutes and then pressedbutton for assistance. Was told they'd be right out. Couple minutes later they came out with our ice cream cones upside down,melted in cups and ran off when we tried to ask why. If we were late, I'd understand. If it was busy, I'd understand. Neitherwas the case. Here's to hoping it was just an off day... Read more

Go ahead and drive the mile or two to a different location. Worst food from sonic I have ever had. The lettuce was brown, the... burger tasted terrible. The order was wrong, not once, not twice, but three times. Then I was still missing items. I decided itjust wasn?t worth it after the 3rd time and left. The guy on the intercom was SUPER rude. We have had multiple bad experienceswith this sonic. Just go to a different location. Read more
