AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS AND SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE! Absolutely horrible customer service. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE.... We ordered a pizza, and after an hour it said it was delivered but no one had delivered anything!!! We were on the phone for 30minutes and NO ONE EVER PICKED UP THE PHONE!!!. I drove all day for work and finally settled into my hotel. This location closes at 10pm and I placed my order online at 9:15pm.... I got my delivery (Sunday night) at 9:50pm. The delivery driver was friendly. I ordered buffalo wings. Didn't taste good. Theywere soggy and not crispy. The PaPa bowl was awesome! Very impressed with it. I would order it again. Placed an order online, ETA 30-40 mins. Two hours later I received not one, but TWO other people's orders instead of mine. I... called, but the store was closed. Of course. Called the next morning and waited on hold for 30 mins with no answer. DoorDash hasthe most incompetent delivery drivers in the business (can't be bothered to check the address ON THE BOX????) and this storelocation has no concept of professionalism or customer service. I was reminded of why I hadn't been to Papas over 10 years today Just to play with my taste buds I ordered something small &... quick that takes no time . My pick up order was suppose to be ready in 10 min. When I arrived 10 minutes later I paid andwaited. While waiting I over heard my order had not been prepared nor on its way. I mentioned that I overheard and how muchlonger, would it be? Another 10 minutes. While I waited another 10 min I observed the Atmosphere. They were short staffed, but had great customer service and a sense of urgency to fill orders as fast as possible. I was greeted... and acknowledged. I happily waited and it wasn't in vain because it was hot and fresh and tasted better then ever. I normallyorder pizza hut. But after I had that pizza from papa John's. Ima go there more often! RUDE.. RUDE.. RUDE! I picked up my order, asked for cheese packets to go with the pizza. I hold my hand out and she slams the... packets down on the counter. Do not order from this location. We placed an order that was canceled after an hour and a half. When we called to find out why... the order canceled, they said that the GrubHub driver told them we didn't want it anymore. We communicated that we did stillwant it and asked for them to proceed with the delivery. Another hour and a half later, still no pizza. What makes it even worseis that now no one will even answer the phone. My husband waited on hold for over 45 minutes and no one picked up. I want to saythat I would never order from Papa John's again, but I know that's not true. This location though will definitely never be onethat we order from again. If I could leave 0 or negative stars, I would. I want to give people the benefit of the doubt, butthis is ridiculous. Read more
