TERRIBLE experience tonight with the manager on duty - Shay. Called in for delivery at 7:15pm, address, name and order total was... confirmed and was quoted 40 minutes. By 8:30pm, called back to inquire where the order was, call was taken by Shay. Greeted withinstant attitude, acted inconvenienced that I was inquiring, demanded an order number from an email confirmation that was neversent/received. ?Are you even calling the right location?? Incredibly agitated that not only did my family not receive theirfood, but that I was treated as if I did something wrong. Piss poor service and incredibly unprofessional attitude from ?Shay.? First time eating here. I had a pizza and wings delivered. Not a fan of the crust. It was very cardboard like. Wings had... good flavour, but not crispy at all. The skins were very soggy. Seemed under cooked but weren?t. I?ll find a different pizzajoint when I?m in town. Read more
Very poor experience!! THIS IS MY FIRST TIME TRYING THIS PIZZA!! The guy told me to park and said that the pizza was going to be... delivered to my car in the next 15 minutes . i sat in my car waiting for around 23 + minutes and when i went inside the pizzaplace the lady mention it was ready long time ago !! Like dude dont say you're going to deliver my pizza you could have justsaid come in the store in the next few minutes !! Never comming back paid 17$ for a large pizza ! Poor experience! Read more
Pizza is goood!! If they make a mistake they always replace your order!!
Been a regular Mr. GATTIS customer since 2000. This particular location is my go to. Every now again you'll have to remind them... about the ranch you purchased or if a pizza order is messed up they are quick to correct. Employees are friendly and food isworth it with the coupons and deals. Read more
One pizza was good. The pepperoni and hamburger no complaints. My Canadian bacon and burger. Ugh ????. I?m not sure what... happened to the cheese but yes I can say very soggy and sliding off the crust. Not a great experience today. Read more
No one wants to work fast food anymore. So it is so refreshing to meet people that are friendly and ready to take your order.... The Gatti's Pizza in Pflugerville is no exception. I went in on an extremely rainy very busy night and while my order did takelonger than expected it was fresh and delicious and the employees were very very nice. Gatti's will always be my favorite.
