TERRIBLE experience tonight with the manager on duty - Shay. Called in for delivery at 7:15pm, address, name and order total was... confirmed and was quoted 40 minutes. By 8:30pm, called back to inquire where the order was, call was taken by Shay. Greeted withinstant attitude, acted inconvenienced that I was inquiring, demanded an order number from an email confirmation that was neversent/received. ?Are you even calling the right location?? Very poor experience!! THIS IS MY FIRST TIME TRYING THIS PIZZA!! The guy told me to park and said that the pizza was going to be... delivered to my car in the next 15 minutes . i sat in my car waiting for around 23 + minutes and when i went inside the pizzaplace the lady mention it was ready long time ago !! Like dude dont say you're going to deliver my pizza you could have justsaid come in the store in the next few minutes !! Never comming back paid 17$ for a large pizza ! Poor experience! Read more
