Wow. I did not know that when you are working somewhere these days, that walking around talking loudly on your cell phone about... how terrible your boyfriend is was a thing. One girl on the register barely looked up, but did say hello, when we walked in andthe other girl comes outta the back on her phone obnoxiously talking and walking around like it was her living room! We werethere for maybe 20 minutes because they were closing early (4:30 on a Friday) but she was on that phone the whole time. Then agroup of boys came in and did not have to pay for their's for some reason. It was good yogurt but the customer service was nonexistant.. Read more
I personally think there should be more fruits, only pineapples isn?t acceptable. Not everybody wants candy on there yogurt.. I... will edit my post they had two fruits strawberries & pineapples. Which still isn?t enough I?ve been to many other places wherethey have. Banana blueberries watermelon, rasberries on top of strawberries & pineapples .Frozen yogurt is suppose to be ahealthy alternative to ice cream, some people actually want to eat healthy so why not include more fruits other than twocompared 15 different options of candy. Menchies Pflugerville is family owned and will bend over backwards to make sure your experience is the BEST. Simply ask to speak... with the owners if you wish for them to carry a different flavor or topping. I love them for this. Read more
By Laws - yogurt shops determine price based on the weight of the yogurt and toppings, but they are required to subtract the... weight of the cup or package first (which is called the tare weight). This place have not been using its scales properly. Wewere paid dollars extra just for the weight of the cups. How long has this place opened? How many illegal dollars have theytaken from the customers? This business doesn't practice ethics. They are not recommended. Read more
Great flavor selection, loved all the ones I tried. The strawberry and the cheesecake one were probably my favorites, they go... great together. Topping selection was also good, really enjoyed the mochi, just wish there was a bit more fresh fruit varietyfor toppings. Read more
We used to go to similar self-serve frozen yogurt chains in other states and loved them. This was our first visit to a Menchie's... and we were underwhelmed to say the least. The selection of flavors was meh. Two machines were empty and the flavors they didhave were less than exciting. I had the cake batter, vanilla, and chocolate milk - each had a weird taste to them. The chocolatewas the best, but still not great. There were a ton of topping choices, which was nice, but when our yogurt was rung up I almostfell over when the cashier announced the total! I didn't notice a posted price per ounce, but it had to be double what I wasused to paying elsewhere. Our first visit will be our last. Too many other better options out there in my opinion. Great texture and temperature of yogurt, lots of flavors and toppings!! Great reward program. I'll be back!
