Constant internet issues at this establishment caused interruptions and I was not able to complete my purchase. I was charged... for the meal which is very disappointing! The Manager at this location, Mr. Greg, is the reason for my 5-star review. On a consistent basis, he is always kind,... professional, patient, and humorous. He never expresses his frustrations to his customer even when he is frustrated with me as acustomer (hehe:)). Most restaurants don't understand that good customer service will always keep a customer coming back and badcustomer service will make a customer run and never return. This place is always good for a good laugh. The service here is simply laughable. The guy taking our order sounded high as a... kite!!! They always seem to have a group of friends hanging out and are all totally unprofessional. They have never been rudedirectly to us as customers but the amount of playing and joking has to be a safety issue. This place really I mean really need management. Don't even think about dining in. They only help Drive-through customers. Went... inside 2 time first time I waited 10 mins before they even made eye contact with me. 2 time I waited 5 mins for someone to greetme nobody did so I just left. I was only guest in the drive thru and there were no guests inside; I ordered one nugget kids meal for my son. It took 10... minutes just to get his drink and the 1 kids meal came out 14mins. The guys inside were all goofing off and cursing. Only onelady was there trying to get them to take the other two cars that pulled up and ultimately left. They all just laughed at theone older lady the only one doing work.it was very sad to see. Read more

This 5 star review is strictly for only one employee and his name is Michael Tovar. Today I came and ordered through the drive... thru to find out he was the only employee working there , but even though he was the only one he was still working his buttoff and managed to get my food out as fast as he could while tending to other people at the same time.
