Constant internet issues at this establishment caused interruptions and I was not able to complete my purchase. I was charged... for the meal which is very disappointing! The Manager at this location, Mr. Greg, is the reason for my 5-star review. On a consistent basis, he is always kind,... professional, patient, and humorous. He never expresses his frustrations to his customer even when he is frustrated with me as acustomer (hehe:)). Most restaurants don't understand that good customer service will always keep a customer coming back and badcustomer service will make a customer run and never return. This place is always good for a good laugh. The service here is simply laughable. The guy taking our order sounded high as a... kite!!! They always seem to have a group of friends hanging out and are all totally unprofessional. They have never been rudedirectly to us as customers but the amount of playing and joking has to be a safety issue.
