Waited in line, inside for awhile and could not even get anyone's attention to take our order. Everyone seemed to be working on... the drive-in orders, which admittedly was completely full...but... shouldn't someone be taking care of the people who actuallygot out of their cars and walked inside? This is definitely a place to get good bagels. Not only because it's good, it's the only one in the area. Their bagels are very... soft when they're out fresh and the sandwiches are actually pretty good if you are looking for that carb overload. Read more

slowest drive thru of all time. everytime i come here it?s estimated 30-45 min for one item, and once ur in the drive thru you... can?t drive out because you?re stuck between cars and there?s no drivable path to leave. came there once in the morning whenthey opened and nobody answered in the drive thru, called the store and there was no answer either even though they weredefinitely open. i don?t blame the workers for this part but their provided headsets must be awful, as they have so much troublehearing our orders in the drive thru. i understand being understaffed but there would literally be less than 5 cars in the drivethru and orders would still take 45 minutes or more. I've had nothing but good experiences dealing with the staff and the food has been mostly great. That being said ordering from... the app is a monumental mistake. Online orders, food delivery services, get backburnered. My order was placed a 10 was supposedto be ready at 10:30 and I didn't get it until 10:50. Folks walking in placed their order and got it before folks that had beenwaiting for online orders and there were several of us. I didn't even wait the longest. My shake was completely melted. Mycinnamon roll was cold. I've only done drive through before and never had a bad experience. The staff is great, the food is goodbut the system can't handle online orders. I think it's much better when it's fresh and eaten in the car or in restaurant. I don't recommend door dash or bringing it home... as they get old and the cheese starts being really plastic-like. I liked my ancient grains bagel! I got it again I liked it somuch! Read more

Slowest experience. When I finally got my 2 bagels, it?s like they were thrown in a microwave rather than toasted giving them a... rubbery texture making it extremely difficult to even eat. I ended up throwing them away because of this. A waste of money.Would recommend literally any location other than this one. Read more

Very good, changed our plans to go here and was thoroughly satisfied. The courteous staff was very busy and very efficient,... getting orders out quickly and accurately. Access and parking is okay, it's in a strip mall parking lot and crowded and youbetter be paying sharp attention to traffic. The store is clean. 18 years since I've been to and Einstein and that one was downby NASA in Webster texas. They haven't lost their touch! Nova Lox was delicious!!! Not sure what my husband ordered. He said it was delicious as well. Wish the outside dining tables... had umbrellas. It was very hot outside. The inside dining area was closed. Read more
