The atmosphere was good and the tapioca was good- that's about all I can say that's nice about my experience here. The service... was poor (the people were quite rude and short with me while taking my order.) And I was not satisfied with my drink at all. Theflavor was okay, but they messed up the sweetness level pretty significantly. I asked for no ice (I like my drinks lukewarm) butdecided the $1 extra charge wasn't worth it, so I settled for light ice...It was not light ice. So I paid $6 and change for poorservice and freezing cold mostly-frozen-water drink that I didn't enjoy, and with the demeanor of the employees, I didn't feellike I could even say anything about it without causing a problem.
