One of the Best Street food trucks I have ever had. Everything was cooked perfectly. Pork Ribs were fall of the bone, not too... sweet and not too sticky. Every thing was close to perfect. This adorable food truck is just off the highway, tucked away in a creepy, empty parking lot that looks like it used to be a... sketchy used car place and is now home to a (maybe) gambling den and, in the back, a sports bar. But don\'t let the ambiancefool you. The food is amazing and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered the Monday Special, which consistsof stir fried pork and onions with all the fixings to make your own spring rolls (pardon my rolling skills - I\'m an amateur),plus some corn cheese and gua bao. The staff overheard us talking about the bulgogi fries and very generously provided those aswell. When I say the gua bao was the low point of the meal, please understand what a high bar everything else had set already(and we were pretty full at this point so it was definitely competing for what space we had left for food). The lemongrass peachtea was on the sweet side but very refreshing and I wish I had ordered it on our way out for a finishing note. Overall, I highlyrecommend giving this food truck a visit. Read more

One of the best food truck in Austin.\nThe first sight of this food truck might cause some confusion- what is the style of the... food truck? Vietnamese? Korean? Taiwanese or Chinese?\nHowever, after taste their dishes, I can said this is an Asian food truckwhere we all can find a little bit of our culture.\nTheir rice is the best in the Austin, much better than some restaurants inchina town. I believe they didn?t drain the rice with colander.\nThe pork and veggies is really good, not too salty and thetaste is authentic asian style.\nI wish google map could allow me rate this place as 7 ups.\nNext time I would come by 11:58 pmto see if they really open until 12:00 am and try their daily special. We had the opportunity to try all3 of their drinks which were all great but my personal favorite was the Lemongrass Peach drink. The drink was so refreshing withthe right amount of sweetness, hint of lemon aeronautics, fruitiness from the peach and mild hints of citrus which were perfectfor this weather. The Beef Mango was highly recommended and it did not disappoint. The beef was tender, the Szechuan sauce addednotes of acidity, savory, sweetness, hints of spice, while the mango balanced and brought the whole dish together while adding acontrasting crunchy texture. The highlight of the day was the Chicken Wings. They were perfectly crunchy, juicy, salty andcheesy from the chedda dry rub.
