Customer service is horrendous each time here only gets worse. Just literally stood at the window for 10 minutes looking at all... employees in side and made eye contact with not one of them came over to take the order literally. This has been a tel read Ihave seen but this time 10 minutes later just lost all appetite. Not the place you want to bring your family for simple custardafter dinner when they can careless your there to order. Zero customer service location and continuously gets worse with theolder woman who tells the kids not to respond to the window so she dot have to work as hard preparing orders! Now that I think of it? I?ve been going here for years and never had an issue! Love the service and their concretes! Especially... when they had their seasonal flavor ?Apple Pie concrete? we came just about every night for some until it?s off the menu and westill asked for it until they were completely gone! Their servings are very inconsistent. Every time I order a medium, it's never filled to the top and I feel like I'm paying for... a medium and getting the same portion as a small. When I order a small, it is always filled to the top. Read more

I spent almost $10 for 2 small shake like concretew. It was remade twice and was soupy with ice cream chunks. It wasn't worth me... going back for a 3rd time... It is 105 and I didn't want a shake, could've gotten that from anywhere. The window attendant askedif it melted from the time I went back through the line, it was that way when I pulled off. Normally this place is great. This evening they were exceptionally slow through the walk up counter. They also seemed to had... miss places my order. 45 min wait for ince cream was a bit much. The ice cream withe the hot fudge jackhammer was the best Ihave had in a really long time. Read more
