** ridiculously long wait for food ** inconsistent portion sizes ** lacking in flavor We stopped in for some breakfast the... morning after a wedding nearby. The 4 of us sat for 50 minutes before receiving our food. There were no other tables occupied. My table mates ordered the burrito with a side portion of the hash. I ordered the hash bowl which contained the exact amount ofa side portion. It was ridiculous to pay more and get only half the food. I should not have to leave hungry. The taste of thefood was ok. It looked like there were a lot of seasonings in the hash but that flavor did not come through. I will absolutelyNOT return. Read more
They were out of one of the menu items we wanted but we tried some alternatives and were not real impressed. Some was good love... the sausage but the wheat cakes were terrible in the mouth. Read more
We had our first visit on a Friday night. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. It?s very clean with a beautiful patio. We... came to enjoy a beer and listen to some music on the patio. While there we decided to order a fish fry. It took quite a while toget our food which came out cold. Neither the potatoes or fish were even warm. We did mention it to the manager before we left.Will return for hops but probably not for awhile for food. Read more

I'll start off by saying the food here tastes great. It's one of the only healthy(ish) takeout restaurants in the area, and if... that was the only consideration they'd get 5 stars. Unfortunately they have massive quality control and customer service issues.The first time we ordered pickup we showed up and they had no record of our order in the system even though we had theconfirmation email. They apologized and had us wait around 30 minutes while they made the order. I understand sometimes thereare technical difficulties, but I would have expected a discount on the order or a free dessert or something for the trouble.Unfortunately nothing was offered, but the food we took home was delicious. It took us a while to get over that incident and trypickup again, but we decided to give it another shot. We ordered the Harvest Pizza and Tacos. The pizza was woefully lackingtoppings. The leftover piece in the picture had one single chunk of apple on the whole piece which is far cry from the pictureon the website. When we pulled up for curbside, we watched the person delivering the pizza to the car turn the box almostcompletely vertical while walking over, plus he only brought the pizza and not the tacos. I assume he went back inside andquickly made the tacos, because those came out a few minutes later and looked hastily thrown together with undressed Cabbageinstead of slaw and the two tacos were piled on top of one another. They tasted great after we assembled them properly, butunfortunately after two bad experiences we won't be trying again. So hard to find gluten free food that tastes good ... But not at this cafe. I just had the BEST pancakes, gluten free, with real... maple syrup and real butter... Local butter. They were phenomenal. And the guy at the counter who took my order provided greatcustomer service. Definitely will be coming to the cafe again to eat after church. The store also has really awesome choices,very different from other stores, and it's all local which I think is awesome. Good harvest also carries the ONLY sleepy timetea that actually works! We went for drinks and spent out time on the upper outer terrace. The place was clean. It's attached to like a health food... store or something which I did nor explore this visit. The staff was very friendly and the drinks were good. Read more
