I mean it's McDonald's. There was a new employee running the till so there was that, other than trying to figure out what keys... to press for a iced mocha he did a good job. My husband got a double quarter pounder tonight and when we opened the half crushed boxed, the burger looked like it was old and... burnt. When he called up to ask for a new one, she proceeded to call him a lier. When he said I will bring you the burger, shesaid why would you bring it up after you already smashed it. I then called her back and told her it doesn?t matter and ifsomeone wants a refund or exchange it for a new, you?re supposed to do it. She then tried to tell me that?s now how it works,but it is. Service is speedy, but only if you're in the drive thru. For dine in I was waiting an average of 25 minutes during peak... periods. I understand prioritizing the drive thru as I worked fast food myself, but that seems excessive. Coffee wasn't reallythe freshest either, but at least they get my food right(mostly) Read more

Ordered inside. Simple large coke and fries. Was giving my cup. Came back to counter. Watched for more than five minutes as at... least 6 employes waited for burgers for other orders. Not one of them was able to look at the big picture and see fries werealready boxed and they could complete my order. Instead of making me wait for several other orders. It?s called multi tasking. Ileft with out my fries. McDonald?s is about speed. If I can?t count on that in the future maybe i need to hit Subway. Read more
I went with my girlfriend to get some McDonalds for dinner and after almost finishing the Hi-c we noticed little black specs in... the drink that resembles dead ants. I use to build and work on these places so I'm biased, I have some horror stories for real. Not this location though so who... knows? Could be great in the kitchen?
