So delicious!! It was probably one of the busiest days at the Back Lot I?ve ever witnessed. I decided to try the Cheese & Co and... I?m glad I did. They were very efficient, friendly and kept up with the masses. I ended up getting the pretzel bites with Mikesmustard that were the bomb. I also recommend the Company Bowl!! We came here on Father?s Day and ordered the bbq chicken melt, sweet and spicy bowl, superfood salad, and Mac and cheese bites.... All I can say is 10/10.. everything has so much flavor and you can tell all the ingredients are high quality and fresh. Theyhave options for everyone from fried foods to healthy options! I can?t wait to explore their menu even more. If you have achance to stop try this food truck I highly recommend. We also got the fresh squeezed lemonade and you cannot pass that upeither! Read more
