(Translated by Google) Outdated feel to the decor, a bit dated. The couple is nice, especially ask for advice for outings in the... area, very good advice!! Direct access to the outside is practical. (Original) Ambiance désuète de la décoration, un peudatée. Le couple est sympa, surtout demandez conseil pour les sorties aux alentours, de très bon conseil !! L'accès directà l'extérieur est pratique. Read more

The hotel is surrounded by the mountains and the forest, and itself looks like part of the landscape with floor-to-ceiling... windows and natural wood in the exterior and interior. The place is quiet, well-kept, and a real pleasure to stay. The onlyissue was the wifi; it was weak, we couldn?t use it. Read more

This place is a hidden gem! If you're in the area to hike the Saguenay Fjord National Park, I would highly recommend staying... here! My husband and I stayed here while doing some hiking in the park. The owners are lovely and very knowledgeable about thearea and various travel routes. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious and the garden is lush and green. The only issuewe encountered was staying on the main floor. If you like to sleep past 6:30-7AM I would suggest asking for a room on the secondfloor as we were woken up each morning by the people above us walking (stomping) around and the floors are thin. Hence, the fourstars. Read more

We stayed here for one night, and found that it was idyllic in its setting. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we had no... qualms. HOWEVER, despite a hospitable check in, we were not treated well. First, we were not sure how the room door locked, andkindly and patiently waited for assistance. To our dismay, we were met with frustration and an unkind response. Secondly, whenwe wanted to check out at 8, and were once again met with fraught looks. We were told that the owner was busy preparing forbreakfast, and she was not friendly in wanting to assist us with a check out. After behaving very decently, with very fewinteractions, and also considering the price of the accommodation, I did not leave we did not have a very pleasant stay. Whenworking in the hospitality industry, it is important to treat all guests, regardless of their origin and ethnicity in aprofessional manner. Read more

Immaculately-cared for hotel next to the river in a beautiful small town. Convenient (~30 minute drive) for Baie Eternite... Park or Anse St-Pierre. Michel and Marie-Josee were very welcoming, we bought some of the home-made jam to take back with us. Read more
