Reviews for Mumzz Kitchen Restaurant in Petersfield, MB
My partner and I really wanted to give this place a chance. In spring, we tried it out for dinner. Both ordered platters and... left still hungry. The food itself didn\'t taste good and the restaurant was dirty looking. We seen others complain about theportion sizes on social media, so knew it wasn\'t just us. Fast forward to late summer, my partner and I decided to give thisplace another chance. Ordered breakfast and aside from the bacon looking like the strips were cut in half and low quality itwasn\'t half bad (but breakfast isn\'t hard). Today we took my parents out for this fall dinner they had been advertising. Youwalk in and all the cold food (I.e. salad, Coleslaw, cakes, devils eggs) were sitting on the front counter, open to the air, nothing to keep them cold or safe from bacteria. You served yourself the cold food and then they bring you the so called \"hotfood\". They bring out these huge plates of food where everything is on top of another thing. But everything was lukewarm atbest. The corn was completely cold. The rice tasted undercooked and like minute made. My family and I tried to find somethingon the plate to eat, and we\'ll the boys did give it a honest effort. The owner eventually came over and asked if something waswrong. My mom explained she couldn\'t eat hers, that everything tasted bad. The owner took the plate from my mom and withinminutes a younger woman (probably the cook) came to our table. She was very confrontational and said \"So I heard you guysdon\'t like your food. I\'ll take your plates and you can leave because this is all were serving\". So we got up and left. Paidfor our drinks. At the counter you could see the casserole dishes in back kitchen open to the air and bacteria. Not sure howthis would ever pass safe food handling. Then how can you treat your customers like that. I will say the owner has always beennice during our interactions but whoever she was working with definitely needs to improve their customer servic Read more
If you have an appetite eat here! Great omelettes and farmers breakfasts. Eaten here at least 7 times since they opened this... summer and each Cindy’s Omelette and farmers breakfast was amazing. Filled to the brim with stuffings. . Sautéed potatoesare the best I have had and I don’t impress easily. Their wraps are also jam packed with the fillings. No empty wrap at theend of the wrap like in most restaurants. Read more

My wife and I went for breakfast Friday morning. I had the breakfast special $6.99. I had sausage , 2 eggs , real hashbrowns... and toast. It was hot , and tasty. My wife had pancakes and sausage, also very good. It did take a few mins to get our food onlybecause the cook made fresh pancake batter which was fine because I got to talk to my wife one on one for a change. Experiencewas good and my wife seemed nice also!! Read more

Ok, I know this location just opened, so I’m hoping they use this review as constructive criticism..\nWe came in for... breakfast. There was 6 of us with no one else in the place. It took almost an hour to get our food. And it came out so spacedout people were done before the last person got their food. All but one order was wrong and way overcooked. Coffee is awfulplease change it. Train your servers. Read more
Ordered pizza tonight, it wasn’t bad but nothing to write home about. There could be a bit more sauce, cheese and perhaps some... more time in the oven in order to cook the dough just a little longer.\nOther than that, close to home and fairly priced! Ifthere’s some improvements to the pizza then we’ll see you again soon! Read more
