Long waits, spicy nuggets that had been sitting around for what must have been at least 30 minutes out of the fryer before being... served, but it's obvious that the staff is working very hard. One manager-looking lady in maybe her late 30's was very much ontop of everything, and managed to be very polite with me despite her frantic pace. One employee did appear to have a nervoustick related to licking her hand. Might want to address that. Read more
They never get your order right. I ordered a hamburger happy meal with ketchup only and a McNugget happy meal. Had to pull up... to wait because they said it was a special order. After waiting 15 minutes they brought out 2 cheeseburger happy meals andthen they got mad because I said it was wrong. Read more

Mid-afternoon visit, Tues. 5/31/22. Men's room urinal covered in plastic, toilet and stall dirty, no toilet paper, no water in... the sink (faucet broken loose at a 45-degree angle). Health Dept. should see this place. 8 employees on duty, yet it seemed asthough none knew what they were doing. Really slow. While I waited for my simple order (placed in kiosk--quarter pounder meall),3 people returned with incorrect orders and one staffer made too many deserts (ice cream with sprinkles) for another. Fryeralarm went off so long that drive-thru staffer complained that she couldn't hear the orders and went over and turned it offherself. Disorganized madhouse for no reason. Read more
They have improved in the last few months. Orders are right, where before every time it was wrong or they forgot something.... Still dint give me my extra ketchup I ordered using the app and I had to pay for that. Can be forgiven with a correct order. Read more
