I don't usually feel inclined to leave a review when I stop at a gas station, but this specific gas station deserves some... recognition. Bravo RAMS ????...You set the bar high. I travel with my dogs often, and while most gas stations do usually have asmall patch of grass somewhere around the border of the property for my dogs to relieve themselves, RAMS did it the right way!They have an enclosed, fenced in, dog relief area. While that may not be very important to most people, however my dogs are ustoa huge back yard and struggle to potty while being restricted by a leash. This fenced in enclosed doggy relief area gave MErelief knowing they could stretch thier legs after our very long drive from Rhode Island, as we pass through on our way back toFL. Going forward, Rams will always be bookmarked as one of my favorite stops on I-95 when passing through VA. Also, thierbathrooms are ahead of the times! They have a soap, sink, and hand dryer in 1. Like, you don't even have to move your feet andwalk from one area to another. The service was friendly. They had alot of necessities such as travel pillows and blankets,chargers, hot breakfast sandwiches, coffee, hot dogs, and even an area to sit down to eat. Very friendly customer service! Stopped to let the dogs out first thing and was happy with the variety inside the store.
Great place to stop on 95 north. Easy off/on the highway. Nice, clean store and restrooms. Coffee, snacks and hot food choices.... There is a safe area to walk dogs too. Read more
Rams is always a quality stop off 95 in either direction. Bathrooms are always clean, great coffee, huge drink selection.
The facility itself is nice. Always seems clean and has a good selection of road snacks, drinks, and some vehicle supplies as... well. Hot food which isnt always fresh, but thats to be expected with gas station foods like that. Its tasty, so not really anycomplaint there. My biggest issue here is that there's maybe 1 or 2 people working here that are friendly and pleasant to berung out by. Everyone else seems to turn their nose up or they're just preoccupied by their friends visiting them. Sorry Ididn't realize that trying to my buy gas would interrupt your hangout time. Read more
Great rest area. Very clean. Bathrooms were roomy clean and modern. Friendly helpful staff. Plenty pre-made satisfying food... choices....a little on soggy and luke warm side....but not bad for bring on warmer. Coffee smelled delicious. Well stocked insnacks drinks and travel amenities. Good place to stop. Good price on gas at the time. Cooked Food items reasonably priced and fresh. Varity of flavored coffees... and regular coffee. Usually fresh and hot. Clean restrooms and business overall. It has all kinds of things to buy. I usuallystop here when passing through this area. Read more
Ordered some potato wedges. Waited 23 minutes with no one else ordering. Food still wasn't ready. I had to leave without my food... or money. No one said there was a delay. No apology. Not good customer service. Read more
