The last Dunkin Donut in Petersburg was a huge fail. I discovered this one accidentally and after several turns to get there , I... was excited to get 2 Bavarian creme donuts. I wasn?t impressed with the freshness of my donuts , and much like the otherlocations , napkins are given by request only apparently! How do you eat a powdered donut without napkins????? I?ve been coming to this location for the past 2 months I work at VSU college and I come everyday management here and crew was... just awful!!! Like serious terrible. I met the Guy Chris who took over this location recently and I tell you it?s been just anawesome Turn around! It?s super fast place is clean and employees look like their having fun!!! He?s an awesome person and isrunning that store ! And he cares about his customers! The store needs a lot of work but from what it was! It?s the bomb!! Welldone Chris!!! Absolutely horrible. I was ordering which blend of iced coffee I wanted and an employee had the nerve to tell me verbatim ?just... say coffee, it?s all confusing?. I was completely speechless, plus my coffee tasted horrible wasn?t stirred could taste thesugar at the bottom. I live literally 4 minutes from this Dunkin and will never return!! Read more
Seriously the most incompetent management I?ve ever seen a restaurant. We waited over 20 minutes for three coffee, along with... many others. People were flying through the drive-through, and they just kept squeezing in-store customers in when they couldfind gaps. The manager said they had to give priority to the drive-through and we just had to wait. They kept saying it wasbecause they only had three people, but I?ve seen many of these Dunkins operated with that size crew, but There was just wasleadership or organization here at all. Been going here since it opened as a new location a couple years now? Covid aside, this location has really went down, supported... it every chance i could but last two years their doughnuts obviously are saved and served the next day.. no way are they freshlymade that day. Got a Bagel Bacon Sandwich end up giving it to the homeless guy at the 95N exit.. there was zero love put in thatsandwich ..Coffee is seemingly thinned out almost like water. Owners,.. listen your gonna lose this store.. it?s that bad, readthe comments people are not making this stuff up. I no longer stop there.. It?s disappointing and the people who pay for thisoverpriced menu items deserve better?you allowed the exact same thing to eventually close the location that was on Crater Roadyears ago..people just stopped going to that one until it eventually shut down ????????. Pulled up to get an iced coffee and after waiting for a minute or two I asked if they were open to which I received the response... that they were closing the store because they were the only one working, Sunday at 2 PM. Apparently making a coffee takes morethan one person. Maybe Dunkin donuts should not be opening more locations if they can't keep them staffed. Read more
Ordered a small hot vanilla oatmilk latte, however they tried to give me an iced latte. They took it back to ?make? the correct... latte however they only filled the cup up 1/3 of the way if that and I also believe they just heated up the iced latte becauseit was watery and tasted like they added extra flavor shots to cover it up!!! Customer service when terrible. A young man by the name of David was taking my drive-through order. I asked a question about... chocolate donuts, and he was being very nasty and very sarcastic. A coworker in the back is laughing at him being sarcastic,nasty to me. I asked for the number of his manager he gave me the name he said they did not have a phone number. When I said tohim I?m not trying to get you fired. I just need your manager to know how you treat customers he said, don?t worry about it Iwon?t be fired. This is why people don?t go to establishments with young people in it. They really don?t know how to treat yourcustomers. I won?t be going to that Dunkin? Donuts any other Dunkin? Donuts. Read more
