Drive thru messes up my order nearly every visit and has charged me wrong multiple times, yesterday being the most recent time.... Had to go back for a refund and was given cash even though I paid with card but a refund is a refund I guess. Honestly, I blamemanagement. Properly trained employees don't make constant mistakes like that. I know. On numerous occasions, I have received my food not fully toasted. At first, I thought maybe the toaster is going out. But I came... and ordered at lunchtime, and my sandwich was toasted correctly. Got home with only half my order. I went back to let them know because they wouldn't answer the phone. I asked them to remake... the food because it had been just sitting there and was supposed to be toasted. Got back home and the sandwich was not toasted. The other sandwich had a hair in it.
