Couldn't understand the person on the speaker at the drive-thru due to a thick accent and bad equipment. That staff member... should be on the takeout window and not on the loudspeaker. Repeated order to him several times. When we finally got to thetakeout window and paid, staff weren't friendly and barely communicated with us. There were 2 or 3 staff on the window and theyjust shoved bags and drinks at us. And our entire order wrong! They gave us items we didn't even order and shorted us on itemsthat we did order. When we explained the situation at the window the staff didn't apologize or explain. They just shoved the newbags at drinks at us like they didn't care and just wanted to move on to the next customer. They all seemed like they hate theirjobs. It was horrible service! I didn't eat any of the food so I can't comment on the quality but I would only go back to thislocation if every other Tim's was closed and I was absolutely desperate. Read more

Unusual that our cream cheese bagel wrappers were covered in cream cheese on the outside. It made quite a mess in our car with... zero serviettes given with our order. No matter what time we drive up north, whether Thursday or Friday evening, or Saturday morning, they have no donuts, muffins or... timbits in the shop! The employees always blame it at being so busy, they sold them all. Have the owners/managers not heard ofsupply and demand? If it's sold out, then order or make more. We always look forward to our stop there to get our coffee andsnacks, but lately always left dissapointed, as espresso machine always broken and not one donut in the entire store. Read more
Again, horrible! Same with Ashburnham. The amount of times we had to go back is frustrating. Mess up coffee, a double double has... sugar in it but do you think they know that? Ridiculous wait times. The workers read the reviews and joke about it. They don'tcare. I think the man who owns both should seriously consider doing some changes. Read more
no stars! honestly you get my order wrong 1 out or 3 and usually its an ice coffee mishap. you guys get frustrated when I say a... black ice coffee nothing in it....BECAUSE YOU ALWAYS PUT SUGAR IN IT. how hard is it? then the door is locked and I call and youtell me to walk through the super busy drive thru and hand it and tell someone you told me to. This Tim's continues to mystify me. For a store that has lots of cottage country traffic, their customer service is terrible. ... I ordered 2 coffees yesterday, was told to go stand in the food line, and then waited 12 minutes for someone to come back andask me what food I was waiting for. When I said none, she seemed embarrassed and immediately got my coffee. I don't often postnegative reviews, but this kind of service has been consistent my last 3 stops. It's unfortunate, because it is a reallyconvenient place to fuel up - gas and caffeine. Read more
Best sour cream glaze doughnut I've ever had. The bathroom. Fix the bathroom! Two out of service urinals which caused the... bathroom to only be able to be used by one patron at a time and caused both confusion and an unnecessary lineup.
