Went in to get coffee 4 employees working. For this location- full staffed. All were focused on the drive thru and changing... garbage?s. I was not greeted or even acknowledged. I had to ask for service twice before the someone helped. The manager (longpurple hair) looked at me and continued to stir coffees. She didn?t direct staff to help (even after hearing me say ?should Iuse the drive thru to get service??) she didn?t greet or acknowledge me, nor apologize to me for my wait. Her employeeeventually did. There?s a tim hortons 5 seconds down the street unless she?s a manager at both you?ll actually get servicethere. Read more
