The staff were amazing but left with no support, DO BETTER TIM HORTONS !
Waited 32 mins to be served, they apparently they were under staffed..... I counted 9 ppl and more in the back.....1 on... cash Incredible. Not enjoyable. Many Tim Hortons are in the same, shortage of employees. Many just lock the door around 1 or 2pmand only serve take out window. Head office needs to help some how as it is getting worse. They may have to close a few withinthe same town to save the other ones. Read more

Tried to go here to grab some tea on our way up north. Dining area was locked and closed. Only drive thru was open with a lineup... of 20+ cars. Absolutely ridiculous that dining area was closed. Read more
They told my offer will good and try to charge, but Cannot provide offer price EVEN the offer they have removed from my phone... anyway. Manager "Sarah " told: nothing she will do. call Tim Hortons only. Never go again this location. Read more
I?ve only gone here twice recently but the second time I didn?t even get food. So the first time was at like 6am, they made my... food perfectly. They had the Jalapeño bagels and they were soooo good. Second time was about 9am and I wanted to go inside thistime so I could also use the washroom and possibly sit down to eat. The parking lot was an absolute mess with the drive thrucompletely wrapping around blocking the exit of the drive thru and you had people trying to cut from the Landsdowne entrance. Iparked and walked to the door? it?s locked. Can?t go in because of staff shortages or something, must use drive thru.. well I?mnot waiting 30 minutes unfortunately but I guess that happens. Though I would have gladly waited inside if that was the case aswell as use the washroom. Oh well. Read more
Placed an order for delivery thru Tim's app, not sure why it was directed to Ashburnham location with Monaghan only 2 mins away.... Order took 55 mins to arrive - Doordash called at 50 mins to say Tim's didn't release orders. Ordered Bacon & Egg breakfastsandwich on Everything bagel and received the thing you see in the pics: cheese bagel, cold, tons of un-melted butter, and noegg. Store gave a nice apology, and offered to give me a replacement on my next visit, really unhelpful today since I cannotleave work. Donuts are right, at least. Oh and of course.... NO NAPKINS. How is okay to send out greasy and sugary food topeople, and refuse to give napkins? Took 3 bites of that sandwich, and spit the last one out. Disgusting. Read more
My wife?s breakfast sandwich was made wrong initially but the guy at the counter Ben apologized and ran to the food prep station... where he made me a new one very quickly. Great customer service but I?d like if it was made right the first time. Read more
