This place is bad service and customer service. I ordered coffee with some options. The lid of the coffee I ordered was opened... and all the contents were spilled. I protested where I ordered, but they didn't do anything about it. Bad place. You guysdidn't even give me a refund, but did you ask me to contact Tim Hortons Customer Center? They said they would give me 70 pointsas a reward. That's ridiculous. Read more
Never has the store front open. My window is jammed and I can't use drive thru. So annoying. Service is slow. Needles in the... bathroom. I know you cant control the clientele but you can at least clean up and make it safe. Definitely don't want to bringyour children in there. Read more

Just got a large coffee drive trough and got almost a cold coffee, just a little warm. This is first cold coffee in a few months... to get in Tim Hortons So disappointed as usually Tim Hortons serve really hot coffee. Read more
My mother and I stopped to use the restroom and get a quick bite and a coffee. When we entered there were 3 people waiting to be... served, when we exited the restroom they were still waiting to be served. We waited another 5 mins approx to be served. As I wasplacing our order the cashier kept saying "what" like we were her friends on the street. She spoke so low could barelyunderstand what she was saying. She gave me the black coffee I ordered with c/s on the side, she proceeded to give me 2 sugarand when I asked for the creamer and a stir stick please and thank you she asked how many creamer, I said a couple please I'mnot sure how the person likes their coffee they're in the car..... I got attitude and was told rudely "your food will be at theother end". My mother didn't hear her so she asked the manager who was right there listening to all of this and she said usuallyit is at the other end but if you need to sit I can have them bring it to this side" (my mother is disabled). We went to theother side to wait and the employees were so busy talking to each other, joking around, playing with their hair with cleangloves on..... we waited another 10 mins for our sandwiches. When she handed me the bag I asked nicely how I was supposed totell the sandwiches apart without touching other people's food because she didn't mark them (different sauces, differentsandwiches).....she slammed her hands on the counter let out a big sigh and rolled her eyes at me and then closed them as shewas rolling them. I told her "don't roll your f**king eyes at me and to forget it" (I was beyond irritated at this point) andas we walked out we said we would never come into the restaurant again to order food, would have been faster going through thedrive through but they're just as rude and slow. I am not impressed! I went for coffee this morning at Tim's on Chemong Road. I asked for bagel with cream cheese and jam. and... extra tall with 4 milk, as I usually find not there is not enough milk. The bagel came with no jam and the coffee lukewarm. Ireturned and said it is barely warm and I would like it hot. They made the coffee again exactly as they did it the first time. It also was lukewarm. I said this is lukewarm. They refused to make it again. Common sense would have being to reduce thequantity of milk. I was not impressed with the manner of your staff serving at the window and neither am I impressed withlukewarm coffee which I can not heat up because I have no power. It was around 7pm we took a quick stop on this location and order steep tea and potato veggies. When we took a bite of veggies,... the veggies were stone cold and hard to chew. We garbage them right away. Read more
It's Tim Hortons so you know what your getting before walking in the door, a mediocre, reheated meal so one really can't... complain you were disappointed in your meal. On another note, I don't know why 20 cars wait in line for the drive through herewhen you can walk in and only have one customer ahead of you. It's busy outside but not inside that's for sure.
