my dad ordered a coffee, I ordered an iced Capp. Zero people in the line up but we waited 15 minutes. FOR A COFFEE AND AN ICED... CAPP. Workers didn?t even come to the window to acknowledge the wait or even give us an update. Instead we watched them throughthe window chit chat for 10 minutes with each other. Truly disappointed! Second time they got my order wrong ! like it?s never right ?! I got a London fog instead of Caramel Latte... ?! Then a plain latte instead of the pumpkin spice latte. I am genuinely concerned for the kind of training been given. I wentback the first time to get my drink changed (kindly done) but I can?t be doing this all the time. Read more

Missing items from drive thru. Drive thru attendant seemed occupied else where while dealing with drive thru. The manager...when... i came inside to get missing items. Coffees were burent or old. I think he was the manager. Was very polite and handled thesituation. Showed initiative in telling rest of staff to stop making so many mistakes. Great worker if he was a manager. Slow service. Tons of ppl working but seemed very chaotic. 25min to get a Grill Cheese with bacon. Supervisor and workers all... seemed lost and were just casually walking around while orders pilled up. Zero customer service. Read more

This Tim's is honestly run by absolute hooligans. Worst Tim's I have ever been to, go someplace else. I visited to hang out... while waiting for an oil change. I received the wrong order, and numerous other people walked in having gone through the drivethrough either missing something or having had something wrong with their orders. I went back up to cash to order somethingelse, and proceeded to wait for way too long while the employees were behind the counter not completing drive through orders,but chatting and GOOFING OFF and gossiping while ignoring me and others. I understand that these employees were students and intheir teens and probably new to customer service, but it is never okay to treat customers in that manner. If you're looking forfast and efficient, this location is absolutely not it. Read more

I think she's new, but I love the lady with tattoos at the drive thru. She is very personable and it's a nice thing to... experience instead of the, usual, robotic take on customer service. I prefer being served by a real person. Read more

waited 25 minutes for a bacon and sausage farmers wrap (not to mention all the other angry customers waiting for food and... refunds due to wait times), when i received the food there was no bacon so they took it back.. instead of making me a new oneproperly the lady literally just picked up bacon and shoved it on top. Not acceptable, horrible customer service. Your employeesneed to do better. Read more
