Truly disappointed! Second time they got my order wrong ! like it?s never right ?! I got a London fog instead of Caramel Latte... ?! Then a plain latte instead of the pumpkin spice latte. Missing items from drive thru. Drive thru attendant seemed occupied else where while dealing with drive thru. The manager...when... i came inside to get missing items. Coffees were burent or old. I think he was the manager. Was very polite and handled thesituation. Showed initiative in telling rest of staff to stop making so many mistakes. Great worker if he was a manager.
