This location has declined in recent years as the city becomes a major host to tetirement and others the property taxes go up... yet the job wages dont and for a busy franchise as is Tim Hortons the pay doesnt equal the stress.... Well weredodoing rt. It says that this location is open until 10pm but they are always closed during the day. Service is very... slow. Garbage is over flowing. The store front is closed but there are people/ customer's are in the eating area on theircomputers using the internet while they are closed. The bathrooms are filthy all the time. They have a lot of customer coming tothe this location but mean while there are customers in the store front on their computer's. They through all the food out at7pm. It say online that they are open until 10:00 pm but yet they are closing all hours of the day. Read more
This has got to be the worse Tim Hortons I have ever been to... First of all the store front is never open..... employees are... always confused as to what is even going on in the restaurant... Food 9 out of 10 times is not the right order or its burnt sobad u can't eat it... Then for the Zombie people who hang around the place... always on the nod leaned over like they arepicking something up but stay in that position for hours. I went through the drive thru to get a bagel for breakfast and I have never experienced this before, but when I opened it up the... bagel was so badly burnt the bottom of the bagel itself was flaking off. It?s disappointing that this was even served throughthe drive through. Read more
We went to Tim Hortons for breakfast and got 2 farmers wraps and coffee with timbits. The prices have gone up in the past year,... i use to use the App to get a deal with certain items but now there?s no point unless i get a coffee. My order was completelymessed up, their coffees that they make are always horrible every time I go there (it?s close to my work so never have time togo anywhere else). I asked for two wraps no with no chipotle and my request wasn?t fulfilled, they both had sauce on them. Alsothey didn?t have enough timbits but had over 5 people that i saw working for the drive through portion. I ordered 2 bagels and both were burned so bad. They should not be selling such burnt bagels.
Can't get an order right EVER! Today eas the lsst time i will use this location. Asked for steeped tea only to get coffee. They... just don't listen. Last visit asked for milk in tea and got cream. Again didn't listen. Very bad service. Read more
