This is perhaps the worst Tim's ever and the experience was well documented with their head office. I am now posting this as... promised because nobody did anything about the situation. You should avoid this place as they allow extremely rude employees towork there. Here is the summary. Sept.30th about 12:08. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. The woman who was serving me waswearing an orange t-shirt, a bit overweight, and was probably in her late 50's or 60's. That is my only description, like it ornot. I am sure they have cameras in the drive thru. 1. She handed the food out (2 breakfast sandwiches) but no bag and nonapkins. (Use my sleeve for a napkin?) 2. When I asked for a bag, she gave me a blank stare and I had to ask a few times. 3. She informed me "we don't give bags" and I challenged her because your locations 100% put food in bags...and give napkins! 4.She claimed "I've been here for 15 years and I've never seen it. We're not supposed to." 5. Then she says "I'm having a badweek" (like I'm supposed to give her a pass with the "aw come on buddy" thing). 6. When I insisted, she huffed, went back to geta bag and napkins and returned yelling "here, you sure can make a person feel sh*tty, you jerk!" There is no way this personshould ever work in a drive thru or in front of the public with this poor attitude and mouth. I called head office and they saidshe was 100% wrong. You can imagine having your food rolling around on the front seat of your car otherwise. Head office said itwas escalated but I heard nothing. I did manage to contact the district manager who said he would take it up with the store.However, do yourself a favour and avoid this store. Other Tim's stores don't do things this way and are far nicer. No argumentover a bag! I will remove this review once I receive an apology and know that this employee is gone, although this review shouldprobably remain up regardless. This is one of my favorite Tim Horton?s. The staff are always friendly but very efficient. The food and beverage orders are... always accurate. Drive thru or walk in, you will not find a faster, friendlier Tim Horton?s anywhere. Read more
We NEVER got half filled cup of the wedges. So less potato wedges!! When asked they said there will be 12 pieces. Check the... attached pics for 12 count of those. I didn't know we count the 1 inch pcs as 1 full wedge too. Thankfully we don't have to dealwith this location on a regular basis as we were just passing on our way to the other side of the town and stopped to get usualcoffee fix. Read more
Place is pretty gloomy doesn't have the same kind of cafè feeling most others do, especially going into the holidays. It's more... of like going to a walmart McDonald's, service was ok was earlier in the morning maybe they hadn't had a coffee yet?.....butthey did seem friendlier with the obvious regulars that they joked around and were super friendly. 12 dozen donuts was early inthe morning so they were fresh and hadn't sold out yet ????and an ice coffee ???????????
