Ordered the Baseball Top Sirloin rate but it came medium-rare. Caleigh and Paul were sure to correct the issue immediately and... returned with a perfectly cooked steak. They offered free desert without prompt which We felt was unnecessary given how theytook care of us otherwise. Caleigh was attentive, and friendly. The mushrooms were delectable. Nice location with a good bar. There is lots of parking as well. They have a great wine selection and the drinks were also very... good. It is exactly what you want from a Keg steak House. Went here for dinner with my wife and daughter. The service was greatand the drinks were also great. My steak was cooked perfectly and I thought my meal was very good. My wife and daughters werenot as well cooked and we unfortunately got a bad steak (meaning it was tough) but those things happen. The staff werecompletely understanding and corrected the issue. Exceptional dinner, In a nice cozy atmosphere. Starting with the fresh Caesar salad with large full leaves of lettuce. Super... cheesy garlic toast. To the mouth watering main course of a bone-in Rib Eye steak paired with garlic mashed potatoes, with aside of mushrooms cooked right in with the steak, and vegetables. Enjoyed by time at this location. Although I was disappointed they no longer offer nacho chips, as I always got them as a... gluten-free option for some apps, I had a very pleasant experience nonetheless. The manager came up to me to ensure that my foodwould be handled with care which I really appreciated. I got the baseball sirloin which I normally get and I asked for it"chicago" style which is now my favourite way- I highly recommend getting your rib steak or sirloin Chicago style. The Keg is my absolute favorite Canadian restaurant chain. Their standards are high and the quality of everything on the menu is... best-in-class. The annual Lobster Summer promo was on during this visit. It's the best yet. I ordered a half lobster with primerib combo and loved every bite. Been here about 4 times now with my girlfriend. Absolutely amazing every time. The staff always goes above and beyond. The... environment is amazing and so far I?ve never had a issue here. Atmosphere: The keg has a very well made atmosphere. Everythingfrom the lamps, the wood and the seating. And even the smaller stuff like Cups and plates, are all well balanced and look likethey belong. Staff: The staff are absolutely amazing. They are great at understanding and interpreting what you say. Eventhough you are a complete stranger they seem easy to have a conversation with and are not too invasive when you?re having yourmeal. And they excel at the little things. Food: the food is simply delightful. Every time I eat here the food meets and oftentimes goes beyond my expectations! Cons. The only cons I see of eating here is the price and really the only other thing thatto others could be a slight issue is the lighting.
