They double charged my card and refused to give my money back when I showed my bank app and receipt.
So do t order over the app, I ordered paid and had the receipt order number and because they didn’t get a print out I get... nothing, no refund, nothing, manager was there and everything, I showed them the app the order the money coming out of the bank,they didn’t care at all, not just an employee the manager said ‘too bad’ and went in the back. After a long period of work/school it... feels great to reward myself with a fresh crispy chicken foot long sub on flatbread with honey mustard, mayo, and toppings. I didn't know they switched from using a shaker that had both salt and pepper in it, to individual salt and pepper shakers. I... wanted a lot of pepper so said "salt and pepper" by default because they're mixed— not anymore! She poured a ridiculous amountof salt on and not even that much pepper. I literally threw it out. There was no "we have new shakers!" or "is this much okay ormore?" to prevent going overboard. (I work in fast food, this is a common thing) major facepalm. Read more
The lady was horrible and didn't know how to help an old lady with her card and the lady got confused and walked out with her... sub and she missed the payment. She was very rude and asked me to pay for her sub because it took so many attempts. she was theonly person working and was not confident enough IMO She told me to lock the door which made no sense because at this point Ipaid for my sub ahead of her because she couldn't deal with one customer at a time she even tried to serve the customer after mewithout dealing with this lady. I got very frustrated. The sub was awful because the toaster was broken apparently. and Icouldn't get what I wanted. Read more
