Great hours, friendly staff. Seating can be limited. Only complaint is if you order a tea or drink in your own personal cup they... often forget your order in the lineup. Had to remind someone twice about my drink and ended up taking 20 minutes for a mint tea. Read more

Manager accused my wife of lying regarding a gift card, had no interest in resolving the issue and his only answer was to 'call... customer service'. This was over $11, that we had a receipt for. We really don't need to 'rip' off Starbucks, but we can votewith our feet and not spend anymore money there. Read more
Amazing people!! Seriously cannot say enough about how kind the staff is. During the power outage, I looked everywhere for milk... for my toddler?s night time bottle and couldn?t find any. Out of desperation, I pulled into the drive through hoping that theysold small containers of milk. Unfortunately, they didn?t, HOWEVER, they did give me a cup of milk and REFUSED to let me pay forit. I was really shocked this time, as I received my tall oat latte 2/3 full, and a vanilla bean scone that was slighty larger than... a Toonie! I had my friend's pumpkin spice scone and same latte to compare mine too. For the $$$, I was completely let down bythe products. The person handing it to me should also be ashamed to send me off so shortchanged. Not worth the long wait in lineeither. Read more
