I always have a good experience here. But today in particular the item I ordered wasn?t in stock, but the staff member was very... helpful and suggested a slight alteration I could make to make it similar and it was great! Hate to get snooty in my passing years, but this is the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to. Very dirty, no tp in bathroom and 8... staff working, mostly talking loudly and talking among themselves. Today, i placed a mobile order at 1:24 pm and picked up my order at 1:52 pm. I waited for my coffee for 25 min. At the end of 20... minutes i had to remind my coffee to baristas, and eventually they were able to prepare it in 25 min. Everyone who ordered atcash registers picked up their coffees right away. Noone said sorry or figured out what happened to my order. I have been aloyal customer to this coffee chain more than 10 years. This will be my last visit to this location. Managed very poorly and notcustomer focused. Very disappointing. Read more
Great drinks, food a little pricy, and im never going to stick around to drink it. I feel bad for all the baristas trying to... "correctly" make all the crazy tiktoc and other "secret" menu drinks. They are more patient than me. They deserve a gold star. Read more
