Horrible service.They didn't send our order to the kitchen and than after 45min realized this. Rushed making our meals and... didn't even bring us what we ordered. The chicken tacos were slop and inedible, my husbands crispy chicken sandwich was justmicrowaved grilled with no sauces. They didnt have the chips the tacos came with and still charged me the up price of a sidesalad even after the long wait. Very over priced for what you got. Sadly this used to be a go to bar for us but in recent yearshas gone very down hill. Read more

Single worst dining experience I have ever seen, and I've been a full time line Cook for 12 years. We enter around 6pm on a... Friday, there are 3 skip drivers waiting on food and most tables are full. After a short wait we are seated (party of 2) andserved each a drink. The restaurant is clearly struggling with the number of customers, and lack of staff. We ordered a Caesarsalad to split between the two of us followed by two wing poutines. 15 minutes goes past and the salad arrives, we order moredrinks, but we don't have cutlery. 10 minutes goes by, the flies have enjoyed more of our meal than we have by this point. Theolder couple behind us is upset as they explain they have been waiting over an hour. His wife leaves and he cancelled theirfood. When he is given the debit machine to pay for their drinks, it's battery dies. The sever leaves to get another debitmachine, he walks out without paying, clearly extremely displeased with the service he received. His wife returned to pay fortheir food. As this was happening, two other tables walked out, we still didn't have cutlery, and a skip driver walked out.(Roughly 45 minutes has passed) We are seconds away from walking out also when our food arrives. We are given cutlery but oursalad has decomposed by this time. We ask the sever what happened and she explained the kitchen manager and front of housemanager both quit as well as a few of their kitchen staff. Because of this, she has has to jump in and out of the kitchen tohelp cook on top of dealing with all the displeased customers. We pick at our food for another 10 minutes when the first server who took our drink order returns. She asks how is everything and clearly remembered at that moment we ordered more drinks a longtime ago saying she'll get them for us right away. The St. Louis Chicken Wing and Poutine combo (not the actual name of the dish) is a fantastic mix of two of my favourite foods.... They've got a clean plate from me. Definitely returning here in the near future. Read more

Good food prices fair and staff was fast and friendly

Been here a few times. Servers are always friendly. We were quite disappointed to see the black bean burger was gone. That was... the best vegetarian burger on Earth. But the impossible burgers were quite good! I ordered a Whatchamacallit Burger but with animpossible patty and no bacon. It was incredible. No jalapeno next time though, they seem to bunch together in the waffle holes. Read more

Dill sauce is amazing! Fun hangout spot. The Cobb salad is so so good! Famous for more than just their wings;)

Typically, something like this would not be an issue but St. Louis is becoming known for being skimpy!! This was for a... celebratory dinner. With an almost $90 order from skip the dishes we would have expected to have received more than one tinysalsa and one tiny sour cream, especially considering that the nacho kit quite literally states that it is for two people ontheir menu.How in the heck would two people be able to share these? Lol! The vodka kit includes: two limes and one lemon and wereceived a gross sandwich baggie with slices of lemon and lime..... Really not impressed for an order that is so expensive. Ibelieve it is most likely because the order was done through skip the dishes so there would be no repercussions to the staffitself but that their flaws would simply fall into the hands of skip and the driver.
