Love sitting outside on the patio looking over Little Lake. The food was delicious(three of us had the pear, ham and cheddar... pennini with the strawberry lemonade). The only challenge is their own washrooms are still closed. So you have to use the publicones down the path a bit. Still a great place in the heart of downtown Peyerborough. Read more
One of the very best coffee spots in the city. Coffee is excellent, but their breakfast and lunch menus are exemplary. I had a... bagel with cream cheese on my last visit, and I kid you not, the cream cheese was piled half an inch thick in places! Unreal.^_^ Their salads and sandwiches are also delicious, and they have a wide range of baked goods and Kawartha Dairy ice cream. Andnothing beats sitting by the river! Read more

Start by saying the patio is a beautiful spot on the water, next to a popular bike path. Unfortunately the place is surrounded... by homeless, tents, a needles garbage bin. This place has no washroom so you have to use the public washrooms steps away, whichwe did not feel safe using. The restaurant gets a bad review because we were told it would be a 25 minute after ordering (slowenough already), after 45 minutes of being very patient and waiting we decided to ask for an update. Our order was missed andthey hadn't even started. Patio was cold and the baby with us was already pushing nap time so we decided to leave hungry. Read more
