I love Mucho burrito; but lately, very disappointed with the service the personnel changed and some of them are not very... friendly, and very disrespectful to the clientele had bad experiences both on the phone and in person. They did not take myorder over the phone because they said were very busy, and asked me to order on their website or to come in person, they werenot sure if I could order what I wanted online or not. My husband went in person, and one of the staff was making faces at himand their own staff. One of the boxes with chips was almost empty and no sauce on the burrito. I love mucho burrito. Only reason I'm leaving 4* instead of 5* is because this time instead of the usual chips, I got stale... tostitos. I would have preferred to just be told they were out of the ones they usually have. Burrito was great though, asusual. Read more

What do I say I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the caring and loving staff at the Mucho. They're staff displayed excellent care... towards me and my family and showed the upmost respect to me and everyone in the store. The Manger was very kind and loving andtreated me as if I was her own son. The level of professionalism was through the roof and made me feel extremely happy seeingsuch a high level of discipline and professionalism displayed by the staff. The way they assembled my burrito was made with suchcare and love that it felt like I was back in my grandma's kitchen as a young boy watching her make my burritos. The level ofpride the staff have for their food is exemplified through their excellent care and handling of food as well as the cleanlinessin the store. Not even a spec of dirt was spotted when I entered and subsequently left. The pristine condition of the store wasmind boggling to say the least. If you want your food made with delicacy and care, this mucho burrito is the place for you.Their are no more words I can use to describe this incredible restaurant. Read more

This place never fails. I've consistently eaten here since August of last year as it's very close to where I work. The staff are... incredibly nice and personable, and the manager seems lovely too. Delicious, tasty, good for value and friendly service. I always get a burrito bowl and I like how since I don't eat beans, they... asked me if I wanted more rice. They were also generous on the sauces, and when the corn seem to run out they went and got morefresh grilled ones. I'm very pleased with my experience. Read more
