This location is both a country style and a Mr. Sub. There are no baby changing stations in either the men's or women's bathroom... (seriously it's 2022 get with the program). No paper towels in the mens bathroom and no hand dryers either. The women's bathroomhad the paper towels placed on top of the dispenser so everyone grabs the roll to pull off a piece (lazy and unsanitary). Thislocation was out of most items (muffins, country bits etc.) which is silly because there is a sign in the bathroom requestingcustomers to keep the bathrooms clean for the 300+ people that will use it today. Maybe if you know how busy your location is,you should ensure you have food to sell to your 300+ customers. Read more
Friendly service, but the pizza sub was toasted yet the cheese and meat not warm inside. Bread tasted a bit stale. Lettuce was... wilted on our assorted sub. Read more

The subs here are the best fast food subs I've ever tasted. Me, my granddad and bosses love this place. My only critique is the... drive thru. Three large potholes, and a waiting time that ranges from 5 to 20 minutes. Read more

Most staffs I meet at this location have big hands while not necessarily and noticeably friendly. Amounts of... ingredients/toppings in my subs are generally enough to bring flavours to certain degrees and they get ready very quickly. Read more
I stopped here with my wife when she wanted a good cup of coffee (Timmy' H made a gross garbage cup.) We originally went in to... grab just a coffee, which I might add, was made perfectly, I mean it. My wife is a tough customer for coffee, she took one sipand that sigh of relief was fantastic. We purchased some delicious donuts as well. Loved them. The place was excellentlycleaned, the bathrooms maintained beautifully, the customer service was on point. All staff behind the counter were friendly andapproachable. Priced fairly for good quality. Good parking, drive through and all. This seems to be merged with Country Timeand Mr. Sub, but make no mistake, both are fantastic here. I wish this guy would just expand, so we can get better coffee inOttawa, because Tim's sucks and we need people who care about their business. Read more
