Stopped at this location for a coffee and restroom break coming off of the highway 7. Terrible customer service from the staff.... Oddly, the bathrooms are locked at this location and one must ask a staff member to unlock the public restrooms to use them. Myparty and I waited nearly 10 minutes in line just to talk to an employee to request to use the washroom. When we asked theemployees to let us use the washroom they seemed to ignore us, and were too busy messing around with the register at the front.Overall poor experience with non existent help from staff members Read more

Am I going to get refunded for the bacon that is not there ? ???? My meal wasn?t the same with no bacon and the feeling of... being ripped off ? And the line was a bit long for a fast food in my opinion. This is why you get 2 stars instead of 5 ???? Read more

A typical McDonald's. Seems recently renovated so the atmosphere was pretty good. Food was typical McDonald's as well. I had the... Egg McMuffin combo with the potato patty. The patty was as greasy as usual. I didn't wait long for my food. I will sayMcDonald's orange juice is very good. What boggles my mind is the handicapped parking (I am disabled and walk with a cane). Thehandicapped parking spots aren't in front of the door; they are way down from it, but still at the front of the building. Icould never understand why companies do this. Read more

Waited 40 minutes in the drive-thru at 10 am. There was no escape while being trapped in the lineup. What a terrible experience... / waste of time and gas. I do feel bad for the employees though. They were definitely unstaffed. Read more

Waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees and 2 muffins! don?t go inside even with a long line up of cars you?ll be faster waiting in... that line that waiting at the counter. About 10 people had waited over 20 mins. I eventually asked for my money back and justthen got the coffees! Brutal service! Read more

Bad experience at McDonalds today. I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru line after i ordered my breakfast. I ended up going... in to the restaurant to request my order. Once I received the order, my coffees and food were warm at best! I suggested acoupon as compensation for my inconvenience and just watched 3-4 staff members talk for 3-4 minutes amongst themselves withtheir backs to me. Customer service definitely lacking. It will be some time before i go back and when i do, it will be adifferent location, but unfortunately they are owned by the same individual and I am sure they could care less about myexperience. I would have been served faster at a sit down restaurant and had a hot meal! Next time! Read more
