I have never waited so long for McDonald's food before! They got both happy meal burgers wrong, forgot to give us our drinks &... forgot our 2 extra patties. But after we drove back they replaced the place had cleared out & we didn't have to wait for thereplacement burgers, drinks & patties. Plus they gave us a free fries to make up for their error & gas I had to use to comeback. Read more

This place was packed although that's got to say something but so was evrry other fast food place does nobody in peterborough... cook? Fries were not fresh, I would expect fresh hot fries when there's a line up of 20 cars, service was nothing special, butnothing toncomplain about either. Read more

It shouldn't take 40 minutes to get your order at a McDonald's. Tiny place. Between online orders, touch screen orders,... drive-through and over-the-counter orders the young staff were struggling to keep up. The location taking in more orders than itis capable of processing. Also, my Egg McMuffin came with fries, not the advertised hash brown, which tells me they ran out.(Peterborough East) Read more

Wanted to dine in. So crowded and backed up. Could not access anything. Had to leave and go through drive thru. Mix up at pay... window. Had to read out other orders before ours, to know which was next. Delay at pick up. Very unorganized. Never again. Read more

The most disgusting McDonald?s I have ever been to. We stopped at this location on our way to our vacation, when I used the... women's washroom their were flies all over, toilet paper all over the floors, urine on the toilet seats along with a sink thatappeared as tho it hadn?t been cleaned in a week. We gave them the benefit of the doubt as it was very busy, and didn?t thinktwice stopping here again on our way home again. However the bathrooms were worse than our first visit, we left and used abathroom down the road. The woman who was in the bathroom at the same time mentioned to me that it is in this conditionevery-time they come. In addition to the bathrooms this visit, the lobby had garbage all over the place. This place was absolutely disgusting, my family and I went for a quick bite on our way back from the cottage, the bathroom is... absolutely horrid, over tens of hundreds of flys in the girls bathroom, no toilet paper, toilet paper ALL over the ground andmore, this is probably the most disgusting bathroom I?ve been in, in my entire life, the boys bathroom also was out of order soof course the guys come into the girls if they really have to go, but genuinely it was absolutely disgusting. Very poor experience. We ordered two chocolate milkshakes, that were not made properly. They were pretty much just a cup of... poorly made ice cream. The restaurent layout is also not really built for the amount or customers at any given time. Crampeddrive thru, and very small counter area inside. Which doesn't really give room to form a proper line, plus no room for peoplewho have already payed and are waiting for an absurdly long time, further contributing to the crowd size. Not to mention theamount of people coming through the same area for the entrance/exit. The topper is the bathrooms are very gross. Messy, and anarmy of flies buzzing around. Read more

We rarely stop at McDonald?s and this morning?s experience was a great reminder why we do not. Food service was exceptionally... slow, the coffee was overfilled and spilled out burning my husband?s legs, and our order was wrong. What a waste of our time andmoney. Read more
