My father went here to get food for my kids. Waited for close to an hour after ordering while they served others that showed up... and ordered after them. Got frustrated and asked for his money back given the time it had taken. None of the staff were able tofigure out the refund. They filled the order and sent him on his way and when we opened the bag at home the order was the wrongstuff. I get places are still short staffed but this was brutal... Read more

I wouldn't have hit a star, but its the only way to post our experience! They deserve a minus rating or no stars at all. My... husband went to get us dinner, it will never happen again not at Mary Brown's Peterborough! There must be a real languagebarrier because while my husband was there, not one but , many orders were botched up, including ours. Also, there were no legs,wings or coleslaw available. This place has gone downhill, we thought last visit was trying enough but this was the last straw.How many people want to waste the better part of an hour waiting on take out and messed up orders!!! Great chicken, arguably the best fast food chicken place. (Its best to take the negative reviews with a grain of salt as most... seem to be through Skip The Dishes) It's about time Peterborough got one.
