Pathetic! Very Rude staff! Seems like they are taking out frustration on cx?s. I ordered Angus burger, Crispy chicken and 5... nuggets with dipping sauce! Patties were super cold and Nuggets were stone cold and black on top of it, No dipping sauce. I meanif u don?t want to work just quit! We went to get dinner around 10pm and the staff were amazing especially the shift manager who?s at the drive thru window! He was... very accommodating and a super friendly welcoming guy. Last time we were there too, our order had a mixup and was missingsomething but he was super great fixing it and handled it exceptionally well. Our experience was great! Read more
Slow is being generous for this evening crew. Took close to 30 minutes from walking in the door to getting out order. It's not... that the place was busy, just a bunch of staff members that had no intention of picking up their pace. Good thing there is morethen one Harvey's in Peterborough. Read more

I can?t believe how slow the drive thru is at this location. We entered the drive thru at 5:47 and didn?t exit it until 6:39?... almost an hour. Absolutely insane? the entire point of a drive thru is to get your food quickly when you?re in a rush. We alsoasked for condiments in the bag and they didn?t give us anything. The front desk guy was really good and also the girl who made burgers. I went at 20 august and the guy talking orders was really... great in helping me. The girl was very polite. Great food. Love all the topping options. Began options available. Price is a little more expensive but good. Staff were ok .... Seemed annoyed that they had to be at work. Lots of space to eat inside. I took take out. Soda machine pop tasted off. Read more
The employee Michael who was working November 17th at around 12 is an amazing worker! He always has a positive attitude and... always makes us feel welcomed when we come in for lunch. Definitely deserves a raise! Read more
