Took 10 minutes at door waiting. Greeter seemed not sure of her self. Once seated drink was flat. Ask for replacement which was... promptly served but still flat. Replacement pop came 15 minutes later after the bread was delivered. Salad was twenty minutesand meal was 30 minutes. Was eating solo and main seating area. Was empty. Waitress looked at my empty pop and kept walkingstill waiting for refill and service. Plate was dirty with lettuce still stuck to it….. I have visited many east siderestaurants this one is by far the worst and I will definitely not be back. Thanks but no thanks. Read more
I was impressed, huge salads, large portion dinners and the most delicious loaves of bread and butter for starters! Great,... friendly waitress and kitchen help to bring out food. There were 11 of us. Very satisfied. Too full for dessert. Read more
We had an amazing experience at East Side Mario's. The food was really good and the service was excellent! I like the diversity... of East Side Mario's staff and crowd as you can see people from various backgrounds. I would recommend giving East Side Mario'sa visit in order to enjoy a good meal. Read more

The Shrimp Scampi was incredible! Had to come back again for more! We loved it! So delicious. And I was very pleasantly... surprised by the flavourful Chicken Alfredo. My husband had the Veal Lemone which he completely enjoyed. Of course it's sonice to start with their signature soft and warm loaf of bread and fresh butter, and share the crisp Cesar Salad topped withfreshly ground parmesan! There is nothing better than wholesome and fresh, perfectly cooked, delicious and invitingly presentedcomfort food. And to make the dinner experience even more enjoyable was the superb service by Brad. He was exceedinglythoughtful and attentive, and took extra special care to make sure we had the best dining experience. Even more impressive is hehas a way of making everything he does seem effortless, which really makes the vibe of the evening positively relaxing andmaximally enjoyable. Thank you again, Brad.
