The staff must be stoned on the regular at this location. They don't take your order right, they try to sell you what you didn't... ask for and one time they were literally playing and giggling with some dudes through the drive thru window while taking myorder and handling my food. I used to come to this location a lot... They removed triple chocolate brownie (warm) from their menu.. Why would they do... that?!!! That was the only reason I kept going... now I rather get kawarta ice cream , which is located beside. Read more

went thru the drive thru, ordered a 6 piece chicken strip combo with onion rings. I payed $17 something, that is ridiculous for... ONE MEAL. and on top of that i didn?t even get my onion rings, i got soggy fries. every single time i go thru a dairy queen theydo something wrong and i think i?m just about finished going there from now on. Went through the drive thru this evening and was the worst experience I?ve had in a long time. I pull up and the girl at the... window doesn?t say anything and just hands me the debit machine to pay. Then continues to not say a word to me and just hands mebags then says are you still waiting for something, like I was automatically supposed to know when I had all my food. Turns outI was missing a drink. Had ordered a cheese burger and came with no cheese and the food tasted burnt. Read more

Clean, quick, accessible full menu and friendly service. Nice place to drop into on a hot day for a cool treat. Inside was... spotless. Freezers stocked. Overall a decent stop on a cruise. Read more

Just went through the drive thru, waited a few min for order to be take which is normal, I got to the window, no one greeted me... for approx 7- 10 mins than they asked me if I wanted cheese on the dbl cheese meal #11 I ordered , I asked if it was ready hetold me no, they were just putting it together, while waiting , i witness a employee playing with her hair and danglingearrings than handling customers sundae , while chatting it up with other employees. Total of 17 min wait at window alone andthe messiest burger I've had from this location, I,m very disappointed in my service tonight, and feel when restaurant is busymore structure from management at any level needs to intervene.
